In some areas, seeding is still needed in order to complete Phase 1 of the Navan Centennial Park Embellishment Project. In light of the increased pedestrian traffic during the Fair, the contractor thought wiser to wait until after the Fair to complete the grass related work. The Navan Park Plan Committee will now focus their efforts on raising funds to complete Phase 2 of the project, which consists of final touches such as the shade shelter, benches, picnic tables, waste receptacles, etc.On behalf of the Navan Park Plan Committee and the Navan Community Association, I would like to apologize for the delays in getting to this point. I would like to thank all Navan residents for their patience, cooperation and understanding during the months of construction. We hope to see you walking or biking on our new pathways and enjoying our new play structures!
